Una Healy is a self-confessed beauty fan who loves all things to do with makeup and skincare.
The singer and shoe designer is RSVP’s Guest Beauty Editor for January and has divulged all of her beauty secrets with us, from the palettes she can’t live without to her top pick of lipsticks.
But Una knows all too well that to look good on the outside you have to feel good on the inside, and tells us that looking after her skin from within helps her to achieve a glowing complexion.

The star and fashionista always looks incredible – and as it turns out she opts for the natural way of looking after her skin so she is always radiant rather than relying on expensive products.
“I adore makeup and genuinely can’t leave the house without a kiss of foundation, mascara and lippy,” the Tipperary native tells us.
“However, I also approach beauty from a 360-degree perspective. So much of our skin’s luminosity, suppleness and elasticity comes from within.”
As well as a solid skincare regime, Una depends on a healthy and balanced diet to make sure her skin is always glowing – and has even shared the ultimate beauty tip she knows will always make her look and feel good.
“I eat really well and always ensure I get my five a day. I’m also an advocate for supplements like Krill Oil and LQ Collagen,” she says.
“But one of the best beauty tips I can share with you is to drink two litres of water a day – it costs nothing but is without doubt the best beauty elixir.
“Feeling good in your own skin, especially during times of uncertainty, has never been more important so embrace body positivity, self-love and self-care.”
